A conversation about workplace difficulties

Barwon Health

Wurru-Ki (meaning ‘to speak’) is an innovative peer resolution program run by Barwon Health implemented to address workplace behavioural concerns in an easy, accessible and less formal way.

The focus of Wurru-Ki is on agreement being reached on a way forward between individuals. A thought-provoking and curiosity-inspiring campaign identity was designed around getting people thinking and talking about any workplace difficulties in a less formal way.

The logo development and connecting graphic device was inspired by the aboriginal symbol for two people sitting in conversation, linking the name of the program to the visual execution in a simple and contemporary style.
